• Repair the floor joist under the dinning room floor at the back (market place end) of the dining hall the foundation needs replaced and some support boards installed. (manual labor low cost)

• The first aid & Daniel's cabin need jacked up and a new foundation installed. (manual labor - low cost)

• Noah's Ark cabin needs repaired all around the bottom that sets on the concrete floor.  There needs to be a ditch dug around the edge of the concrete floor with drainage pipe and gravel installed to keep water from coming in on the floor. (manual labor - $300 - $500)

• The old chairs and light fixtures need removed from above the ceiling of the first aid room. The wood strips need to be moved to the South side of the loft and the good light fixtures and light bulbs moved to the north side. (manual labor no cost before bees get active)

• Need to cut down the briars, weeds & some of the small locust trees on the East end of the Householder Youth Center. (workers that don't get poison Ivy)
  

• Need to paint any of the pipe posts under the cabins that have not been recently painted. (manual labor)

• Need to repair the broken screens on house on the rock. (manual labor)

• Need to repair & or replace the loose wood strips on the South end of the chapel. (manual labor - have materials)

• The obstacle course will need repaired before it can be used again. (manual labor - cost ?)

• Need to get all the stumps and roots removed and the holes filled in with dirt. Especially in front of Naomi. (track or back hoe and operator)

• Remodel the side flaps in the chapel to make them safe and easier to open & close. (skilled Labor - $1000 MAJOR JOB)

• The high fence behind the Householder Youth Center will have to be replaced before camp this year. (manual labor - $200 - $400)

• The driveway hill needs straightened up before camp. The ditches cleaned out, limbs removed, sticks & brush removed on both sides of the driveway. (manual labor)
  

• There are many sticks, limbs & wood chips that will need to be picked up before mowing starts. (manual labor)
  

• The volleyball court, play set and tether ball courts will need to be straightened up and leveled off before camp. (manual Labor)

• The large metal storage pod needs to be power washed and repainted this year with a lighter color to reflect the hot sun. (manual labor)

• The Householder Youth Center roof needs painted. (manual labor)

• The two old outhouse buildings need to be torn down & removed before warm weather because of bees. (workers that don't get poison Ivy)
